return & exchange policy
We do not offer refunds or credit notes for change of mind purchases.
We offer a 14 day return policy from the date of delivery for a credit note if items are the incorrect size. Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in their original packaging. Return Shipping costs are payable by the customer. In the rare occasion that your package is lost in transit, Satori holds no responsibility for any items that are lost, damaged or delayed. You will receive a credit note into your Satori account as soon as we receive your item/s.
We do not offer credit notes for sale items. (Promotional codes used when purchasing your item/s do not fall in the category of a sale item).
Original postage costs paid by the customer is not refundable and/or a credit note is not entitled.
Refunds will be provided if item/s are damaged or faulty. If you believe your item to be damaged or faulty please contact us: email@example.com with photos of the issue and your order information. We will be sure to get back to you within 2 working days.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
- Email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org providing us with your name, order number and details of your request.
- Once we receive your email and approve your return, we will provide you with a return form.
